I selected water as the topic for this project as I find water's many forms fascinating and always changing. I often use forms of water as a medium for creating unusual photos. The reflection of autumn leaves on an undulating surface or the grey of a foggy background highlighting bright colored berries and leaves. Water creates moods which can enhance a rather plain photo.
The challenge for this project was trying to show as many forms of water as possible and using pictures that didn't really work next to each other and adjusting the color balance and/or the vibrance to compliment each other when placed on opposing pages. I also added features to several pictures to enhance a bland photo or to add to the photo's story.

I like how you care for the big picture also at the small details. Great job!

I love how you incorporated all the different forms and played around with it instead of just bodies of water. Your images are beautiful. I really like the ones with high contrast for example # 14 and 15. The composition in your images looks great. I see some that would look wonderful in a magazine like #6 and 11. You should send some in to somewhere. Overall your images are very soothing and peaceful :) Love it.

Hi Bonnie - I love the pictures you chose for your book, and the gray is superb with the color and flow of the water. Great Job! S.
